                               RESOLUTION NO. 18840
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 9, CONTRACT NO. 28A,
                   CHATTANOOGA INTERCEPTOR SEWER, WITH
                   INGERSOLL RAND, WHICH WILL INCREASE THE
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT BY TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
                   TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,510,979.00), WITH THE
                   CITY'S CONTRIBUTION TO BE AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                   EXCEED ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX
                   THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND 10/100
                   DOLLARS ($1,136,469.10).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 9, Contract No. 28A, Chattanooga
       Interceptor Sewer, with Ingersoll Rand, which will increase the
       contract amount by $2,510,979.00, with the City's contribution to 

       be an amount not to exceed $1,136,469.10
